Today’s #Soulcation adventure included early morning yoga, hydrotherapy at the Bodhi Spa, enjoying the Cliff Walk and lunch with mom, more yoga, meditation and journaling and a delicious dinner with the group. Today’s the first day I’ve entered these back into my life since being pregnant(I’m introducing each step slowly as I’m breastfeeding)! I’ve been using my patches ( today I opted for the mood support and extra b-12’s). ANYWAYS I’ve been feeling kinda bleh lately and all over the place... which is to be expected with a c section, a new born and a 4 year old running around 😂🤷🏼♀️ But I took my vitamins this morning and literally feel like a million bucks!
I have energy, I feel great, I’m moving around better but most importantly I have energy 😂 I don’t feel like a zombie 🧟♀️ mom.
So thanks step 1 for getting me feeling like myself again.♥️
Thank you so much Kathleen Brown for such thoughtful words. These were my feelings exactly when I was going through my horrible days. Words like these are truly reality. The battle continues for many and our prayers go out to all of you. As you’re battling this disease you learn to cope and to take instructions from your doctors and fight the battle for your life. I wish that there is a guide to this ugly disease. Unfortunately this disease is different in everyone and progresses in veers in different directions in everyone. My prayers go out to everyone the fighters the survivors the family members who had to go through it with us everyone.
