Do you track your workouts?
I haven’t always been the best at it.
Tracking can help you to avoid plateaus. If you don’t track, over time, your volume can slowly dip. Over time, we actually need to progressively overloading. When we track it forces us to be more diligent and conscience about loading. We can look at months or weeks to check our progress and methodically add weight.
It’s natural human behavior to choose the path of least resistance, but tracking gives us a birds eye view. It’s necessary for long term success!
Keep in mind that you don’t always need to beat last week’s number. But over time you should see an increase. 🍁 Front Squats 5x6
