Best whey cookies 🍪
1/2 cup oatmeal
02 tablespoons almond flour
02 tbsp peanut butter
03 scoops of best whey chocolate truffle flavour
01 cup of milk
06 drops of vanilla essence
02 tablespoons of xylitol
1 tbsp milk powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
01 best whey protein bar brownie flavour.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Butter your hands and roll the dough, making balls (golf ball size)
Cut the protein bar into small pieces and add above the cookies.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake at 190 ° C for 20 minutes.

Whey protein is not a compulsory in the process of muscle building. It contain a great specter of amino acids which are resorbed fast (great for after workout). They also are low calorie food but with a huge protein concentrations, but if you can’t afford it, it does not mean that you should not workout. 😉
Protein shakes are not magical drinks for muscle building. They are a great snack for between meals, but the quality of workout is much more important. You have to go and train, muscles won’t grow just like that. ☺️
The whole concept behind dieting is to consume less calories than you expend…which is known as creating & sustaining a calorie deficit.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fat loss cannot occur without this deficit…if someone tells you that it can…they’re wrong.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
By eating less calories than you burn, your body will then require energy from stored fat to make up for this deficit.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now that we’ve got that squared away, let’s talk about hunger…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remember, your body is geared toward survival…it isn’t necessarily worried about whether or not you’re ‘lean & toned’ for that special event or trip you have planned.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The longer the duration of your diet, the more pushback you start to receive from your body…i.e. “I don’t want to lose any more fat, I might need it for energy later!”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This pushback comes in the form of increased hunger signals…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When it comes to managing this uptick in hunger & sticking to your diet, the food choices you make can be a HUGE difference maker.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is where food volume comes into play…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
High volume foods are very filling, yet still relatively low in calories…which makes them great for managing hunger without blowing your calorie deficit.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m not telling you to eat only veggies & neglect fats and protein…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
