Little miss Zs last day of school for 2019, this is an emotional one for me not only because she loves her teachers and friends with her entire heart and she is going to miss saying their little names all day everyday but there is a possibility she may never see them again. Многослойность. Впереди зима. Холодает, и погода такая, что на тренировку порой выйти трудно. Правило многослойности в одежде сделает занятия на улице комфортнее и уже не важно, что на вас льется или сыпется с неба.🌠❄️☔🌨️ Основных существует 3 слоя. Базовый Утепляющий Защитный 1️⃣Базовый. Это тот слой, который прилегает первым к вашей коже. Здесь используется термобелье или это может быть лёгкая футболка. Все зависит от температуры за окном. Задача этого слоя быстро отводить излишнюю влагу с поверхности тела. 2️⃣ Утепляющий. Само название говорит за себя. Когда температура близится к нулевой отметке пора надеть поверх термобелья тонкую кофту из микрофибры или флиса. Пот с первого слоя попадает на этот, из-за особой структуры он продолжает путешествовать от тела и так же испаряется с поверхности утепляющего слоя. 3️⃣ Защитный. Он призван, чтобы у нас было меньше отговорок не пойти на тренировку. Это всевозможные штормовки, ветровки с Gore-tex, или трёхслойные куртки. Все снова зависит от температуры. Тут все просто. Пар от тела спокойно проходит наружу, а вот влага извне не может попасть через эту ткань внутрь и намочить вас. Дело в структуре таких тканей. Они как сито, пропускают только пар, так как молекулы пара меньше молекулы воды, поэтому получается такой эффект. 🚫Важно! Никакого хлопка. Он просто не сохнет и прилипает к телу, становится тяжёлым и натирает. Только синтетика, для занятий спортом это единственный лучший вариант. Из базового слоя я выбираю термобелье craft active extreme 2.0 и для второго тонкую флиску снова от @craft_russia Одевайтесь правильно и тренируйтесь в любую погоду 👍 #myshkovcoach

Most of the time we don't have enough time to do cardio and weight workout seperately (which is by far one the best ways ). . So doing it in the same session always puts a question of which one is to do first? . Now keeping it simple " Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building or increasing your strength and performance, you should always do your strength/weight workout first, and then do the cardio". . A proper weight workout is way more important for your goals and requires most of your fresh energy and focus. Doing it after cardio will make you more fatigue and less focus to lift the weights to your full potential. . So it is recommended to lift that weights first, bring your A game there and the. Deplete your remaining energy in your cardio workout. We've created The Ultimate Sugar-Free Antipasto Platter to show you how to entertain guests without all the sugary add ins this holiday season. We've used everyday supermarket ingredients to create a delicious nibbles platter, including lots of good fats and protein to keep you satiated. Ingredients 200 g mixed crackers. 1 loaf good-quality sourdough bread, torn into pieces. 1 portion Hummus (see notes). 1 portion Pesto (see notes). 150 g roasted almonds. 100 g mixed olives. 200 g haloumi, sliced and fried in olive oil. 150 g strawberries, sliced in half. 1 round of brie or camembert cheese. 1 small bunch grapes. Peach Wraps 1 large peach, sliced into wedges. 50 g prosciutto. Blue Pears 1 small pear, sliced into wedges. 80 g blue cheese, crumbled. Cuban Skewers 80 g Swiss cheese, cubed. 8 small pickled gherkins. 50 g leg ham-off-the-bone. Salmon Bites 1 large cucumber, thickly sliced. 50 g cream cheese. 50 g smoked salmon or trout. Directions 1. To make the Peach Wraps, wrap slices of prosciutto around each slice of peach. 2. To make the Blue Pears, place a cube of cheese on top of a slice of pear and pierce with a skewer. 3. To make Cuban Skewers, place a skewer through one cube of cheese, leg ham and gherkin on top. 4. To make Salmon Bites, spread a little cream cheese on each piece of cucumber, top with a small piece of salmon. 5. Arrange all the ingredients around one large, or a few smaller platters.

Finding time for working out with zero excuses when everything else is falling apart, from my experience I found fitness is what keeps you mentally and physically strong. I don't have much time, so I take out time by doing cardio in the early Mng at my home and if I get time then I do hit gym. If I am busy whole day then I make sure atleast I do cardio or do some home workouts for 30-40 mins before dinner at my home gym. . At the start of the year I am diagnosed with uterine fibroids (tumor)which will mess up with your hormones. And there is no exact reason why some one has fibroids. . And in few months, I had left shoulder injury I am taking physiotherapy treatment daily and on medication but still pushing myself to work out. . Moms health is deteriorating, both of her kidneys are not functioning properly. And already I lost my dad due to cancer 6 yrs ago. Bcz of this I get disturbed. So I lose interest in everything but I still keep myself focused. Whenever I workout I find solutions to my worries, probs etc. Atleast for some time I will be free from many worries, bcz I m using my time productively. . Along with all these I have to take care of my family, my son his studies, most importantly my careers(fitness n fashion). But still I am staying strong, nothing can break me or shake me!!! Always trying to get better at everything I do.
