You’ve heard us say time and again that BAGLY is a family.
For four decades, we have opened our doors and #LGBTQ+ youth have found a place to be themselves. They come together, create a sense of community, and form a family along the way.
Now, we want to hear from you. Why is it important that BAGLY is a family? Sound off in the comments below.

The @neverapartmtl Year 4 book is about to go to print. @daxdasilva was inspired to write #ageofunion as a way to expand on the manifesto he wrote in the beginning stages of conceptualization of founding the #neverapart culture center. Here’s A look back at his Founder’s Letter:
In its fourth year, Never Apart shone brightly as a gathering place for the cultural warriors of light—those that have believed with us that the powerful mediums of art and music can elevate the cause for positive change. We have collectively believed that through culture we can find union in the richness of our diversity—that culture can bring transformation in a fractured world.
Never Apart reached new heights this year—in its gallery shows, in its programming, in our Magazine and in our TV series. We have made a mission of bringing together a great span of communities to hear one another, see one another, and create together. Through a fourth year of collaborations, exhibitions, publishing and broadcasting, we have joined as one through creative forces.
This year also saw a dream of mine realized—the release and exhibition of my book, Age of Union—a book of philosophy and art that found its seeds in the original manifesto that I wrote for Never Apart in 2015. Founded in four pillars—leadership, culture, spirituality and nature—Age of Union expands on the original intention of the Centre, learning from its four years and bringing forward a holistic way to ignite the changemaker in every one of us. It is an unseparated vision that sets our intention for a greater unity—to make every daily act an act of elevation.
As we move into our fifth year, the Centre becomes ever more a beacon—lighting the path of the changemaker to break through the negativity and discord, to forge a new and inclusive union, and be never apart.
