I challenge you from now until the end of the year, “Get Up and Move” 30 min. every day! You can even break it up into 3 x 10 min movements or 2 x 15! Just do it!
Being active has a long list of benefits for the human body. It can aid in reducing the risk of obesity, heart disease and diabetes. It also aids in improving muscle and bone health, energy levels as well as improving sleep. Most importantly being active can improve ones mood and that is contagious to others. We especially need this during the holiday season!

Granted the setup is absolutely fire! But honestly, this is not what will change your trading. There is a saying "a good worker never blames his tools" Focus more on the basic elementary things and see the elevation you will have in your trading.

Många känner att man inte hinner då man vill umgås med barn och familj . Ta med barnen på promenaden . Är de små låt dem sitta i barnvagnen eller är de större kan de cykla . Ni får frisk luft oavsett väder och slipper lite tid från mobiler och tv . Ni kommer ha många bra samtal både med barn och partner #keepitsimple 🙏🏽💙
As we head into the final weeks of 2019, I'm wondering what #healthgoals you can celebrate this year or what could use a little more work. It's ok for us to not stick to a stringent plan (even I drink more than just Green Goddess smoothies!) and being patient with ourselves as we make small changes that lead to lifestyle habits is how we learn to nourish from the inside out.

+ Join at least 2 mama groups in Charleston to get myself out of my comfort zone and meeting new people & friends!
+ Map out my year for 2020 and start manifesting and putting out in the world what I want to accomplish and my plan to get there, this is health, spiritually, and business. (For myself, goals without deadlines aren’t going to be fully worked for)
+ I want to introduce 5 new families to Young Living and help them get rid of the toxins in their homes🌿
