All weekend I was reminded of this job I am blessed to have to empower women to get well & prevent disease so that you can fulfill your purpose with energy!
Thank you @amandatress & @fasterwaytofatloss for this platform & teaching women like me to lead with bold action, to be confident & courageous, so that we ourselves can serve our family, friends & community better. I’m leaving my first conference feeling excited, motivated and inspired to lead even more women through their health journey. ❤️
I’m grateful for all of the incredibly inspiring women who have come into my life because of this opportunity.
God has given me this passion of health and wellness for a reason and it’s to help as many people as possible be the best version of themselves, in whatever capacity that is.
This 🚀 is taking off and I want you to join me!! My next round is starting January 6th! Now is the time to commit to your health goals! More info @kelbrown22

Here is the combination of oils that I am applying to my neck/shoulder area.
I hurt my neck at work a while ago now and have had some constant discomfort ever since 😞 I have seen the Doctor and now am in the hands of an amazing Physiotherapist 👍
This is what I use to support me throughout the day. First I squirt a bit of fractionated coconut oil and apply it up onto my neck and down to my shoulder area. I then add 1 drop of Wintergreen and rub that in and then add 1 drop of Marjoram and then Copaiba and then Ice Blue all one drop at a time and rub them in between each oil application. After that I layer the Ice Blue Rub over the top. It helps to give me some temporary relief, though it can be intense for some.
This is what I feel comfortable with on myself with the experience that I have with doTERRA essential oils. You may want to use some extra carrier oil, or only the oils or only the rub. When I am heading out and about I carry the Past Tense roller and the Ice Blue Rub which are easy to apply on the go.
So grateful for the use of these oils to support me in my recovery 🙏
Often we delay starting something until we feel confident. Like many things in life, the opposite is true. It's the taking of action and showing up that brings the confidence we seek. What are you delaying?
Totally true right now😜. No lifting over 10 lbs for four more weeks, no engaging my core. How is a person supposed to get anything done 🤣? I am so glad I had my hysterectomy though. I am amazed at how much better I feel.
Day 1 / Nov 3rd
After sliding the boats down the bank and over a hornets nest, we were off. And just like that the put in disappeared and we were left with 126 miles of some of the most remote wilderness in the lower 48.
It took time for the significance and scale of this journey to kick in. 16 days, 126 river miles through remote desert and canyon country on the Mexican border. No resupply. Carrying all our food and water.
The miles passed quickly. The narrow river with little features of note, quickly took us into some beautiful desert landscapes. And while we have to wait a couple of days to see the sheer walls of Santa Elena Canyon, the towering bluffs along each side of us now don’t disappoint. Because we didn’t read the guidebook a surprise rapid caught us off guard but we cruised right through. The girls are doing an amazing job.
We camped not far past the rapid, at a bend in the river. A slippery bank made for some fun unloading, but it was quick.
Lasagna for dinner and apple cobbler for dessert left us satisfied. We stayed up talking about the what and why for America's Wild Places before turning in for the night and fell asleep under the stars, listening to the rapids of the Rio Grande.
I’ve come to realize that my comfort level with being different + asking to use my reusable cup at the coffee shop or bag at the bagel shop or whatever/wherever has more to do with repeatedly doing it than the reaction I get. Confidence is not my superpower, but I hope the confidence I muster + the appreciation I offer might give someone else the confidence to try it too. 🤞#zerowaste#normalizezerowaste#inspirechange
Words by @callieveelenturf: “Sometimes dreams come true. I received a grant from the National Geographic Society to head to Punta Coco, Isla del Rey to study nesting habitat, human use and fisheries bycatch of sea turtles in the Pearl Islands Archipelago! I will be in Panama until at least March with the incredible @felipebakerp, who has worked in sea turtle conservation for the past 10 years.”
“When I follow my inner compass and try to live in line with the fire of purpose I feel inside, life itself seems to have a heightened energy and be self propelling. Don’t let anyone tell you what you are and are not capable of. People will try, but only you can decide.” 📸:@michaelryanclark

It’s so nice watching Bindy and Primrose running about enjoying life together. They both suffered some severe losses last year with Primrose losing her sister Primula, and Bindy loosing her son Beanu. They were never the same after their losses, but they are showing signs of joy again and that’s beautiful to see.
Animals grieve, they share love, they are connected to one another. They are someone not something
