Coloque uma coisa na sua cachola... Não existe dieta milagrosa;
Não existe queimador de gordura perfeito;
Não existe manipulados e ergogênicos milagrosos;
Não existe a melhor academia;
Não existe a melhor esteira, a melhor escada para seu cardio;
O que existe de verdade, é a constância, fazer o que tem que ser feito, todos os dias, toda semana, sem errar, subindo aquele degrau diário, o famoso 1%! Faça por você, não faça por ninguém não, e faça com amor, um treino de domingo, um cardio de madrugada, uma refeição dia de sábado à noite, o que seja, faça porque você está sentindo a vontade de fazer aquilo, e não esqueça de agradecer a Deus pela sua saúde e por estar te proporcionando aquele momento, porque as vezes quando você da alguma desculpa e reclama, você pode ter certeza que tem inúmeras pessoas querendo estar ali no seu lugar pra poder pelo menos tentar chegar em algum objetivo!

Transitioning can get easily over looked and mistaken taken as negative phase. For me it’s been time of reflecting and questioning and trying new things, which in all keeps me looking deeper at my “why”. If you’ve been following me for a while you know I’ve had quit the transformation in life along with my body, mind and soul. It’s important to understand where you’re at and allow yourself to be just there. It’s funny how we over look phases in our life but if you stop and take the time to understand whats happening I think its easier to enjoy whatever the journey’s offering you. After spending time with a good friend, and talking about wellness/fitness it’s more clear then ever that feeling good inside is most important. I want to be healthy, feel amazing and of course be lean and strong. Make sure you start with your health and let that be the foundation to your life
