It's so easy, particularly with social media to think that everyone else has it easy and that their horses are all perfect. That's usually far from the truth.
Everyone has good days and bad days and the key is having the emotional resilience to not let the bad days consume you.
Obviously that's easier said than done! But here are some simple things you can do to help. 🐴 Make sure you always look for the positive. It's always possible to find some.
🐴 Practice positive self talk and manage your thoughts to avoid negativity spiralling. Literally wherever you think something negative follow it up with a positive.
🐴 Do something you love to help put your brain in a positive place. 🐴 Surround yourself with positive people that look for solutions and don't dwell on problems.
